MEMBERSHIP

WHAT IS THE QUEST SQUAD?

The Quest Squad is a loyalty program rooted in a like-minded community of super Quest fans! We so appreciate that you love the Brand and as being an important part of the Quest Fam, our loyalty program was created to give Questies like YOU a unique opportunity to receive exclusive perks to unlock and enjoy.

It’s free to join, and members of the Quest Squad will be able to participate in exciting activations (aka Missions) to earn FREE Quest swag and/or product through drawings, giveaways and surveys.  Members also receive special consideration for unique and exclusive campaigns and opportunities.  

HOW DO I JOIN THE QUEST SQUAD, AND IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?

If you are at least 18 years of age, and are an authentic Quest fan who wants to share your passion of Quest with the world, apply here.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A QUEST SQUAD MEMBER?

We encourage our members to be active and participate by completing Missions and other activities such as surveys to be eligible to unlock exclusive perks. Missions are opportunities for the Quest Squad members to unite and stay connected to Quest, typically via photo challenges to post on Instagram. Members must use the required hashtag and follow the Mission details to be eligible. 

Most importantly, we want our members to be creative and have fun! Showing Quest products and creating high-quality images increases your chances to be featured on our socials, website, newsletters, and more. 

Check your emails for correspondence. We relay Missions, updates, and important information via email. Emails will contain a link to your unique Mission Manager portal where you can track the Missions. We also expect you to adhere to the code of conduct, which can be found in your Influencer Agreement. (And remember to keep your address up-to-date!)  

WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF BEING IN THE QUEST SQUAD?

Members are a part of an exclusive community with a unique way to be directly connected to us. Through our surveys, you’ll get to have your voice be heard and act as a stakeholder when it comes to our product innovation. And as a big thanks for your input, you’re eligible to enter drawings to receive personalized perks such as Quest product, swag, invited to VIP events, as well as being our go-to team for awesome opportunities.

Also, your posts and submissions have an opportunity to be featured across our social and digital channels!  

I’VE COMPLETED MY WELCOME MISSION, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WELCOME KIT? AND WHEN DO I START RECEIVING MISSIONS (EMAILS)?  

A few things to know:

Your Welcome Kit will be shipped within 6-10 weeks of receiving your acceptance email. If you need to update your address upon receiving the email, please do so by replying to the acceptance email within the first 48 hours* and you must have a FedEx/UPS/USPS deliverable address, sorry, no PO Boxes. Please make sure your address is valid for those 6-10 weeks as we will not be able to reroute or reship returned packages.

You will also start receiving notifications from us for Missions and other exciting news, so please make sure we are "unspammed" and cleared in your address book so you don't miss out!

And finally, look forward to having fun and exciting collaborations with Quest!  

PARTICIPATION

WHAT IS THE MISSION MANAGER (MM)?  

This is a featured link unique to you - where you can see details on your connected social profiles, the current Mission and snapshot of requirements, and your unique link for posting on TikTok. You can find your Mission Manager via the link in Mission emails.

When you open your Missions Manager, you can also see all the previous Missions that you’ve participated in by clicking “Manage Campaigns” toward the top of the screen. 

WHAT IS A MISSION?

Missions are opportunities for the Quest Squad members to unite and stay connected to Quest, usually via photo challenges to post on Instagram and TikTok. Members must use the required hashtag to receive completion credit.

DO I HAVE TO POST WITH A QUEST PRODUCT?

The Mission posting instructions will specify the necessary requirements to complete the post.

CAN I POST ON TIKTOK INSTEAD OF INSTAGRAM?

The Mission posting instructions will specify the appropriate platform for the post to be considered complete.  

CONNECTION

WHAT IS LATER SOCIAL? 

The Quest Squad uses a platform called Later/Later Social to run the Quest Squad Program. On Later Social, you’ll be able to access your Mission Manager with all the details you need, plus a suite of powerful creator tools. When applying to the Quest Squad, you'll be prompted to create a FREE Later Social account (or log in, if you already have one) to apply. From there, your experience as a Squad member for all Missions will be included in the Later Social platform. 

I CREATED A LATER SOCIAL ACCOUNT. WHY DO I HAVE TO CONNECT MY FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM? 

That’s how we see your Mission submissions! Missions require posting to your socials, (including your unique link for posting on TikTok) and connecting them to the Later platform ensures that your posts pull in seamlessly when hashtagged correctly, so we know you had completed the Mission. 

WHY DO I NEED A BUSINESS OR CREATOR ACCOUNT? 

Instagram has 3 different types of profiles: business, creator, and personal. Due to API limitations set by Instagram, only business and creator profiles that are connected to a Facebook page are supported in Later. Instagram personal profile connections are no longer supported. You can find directions on how to switch here

I SENT AN EMAIL AND HAVEN’T HEARD BACK. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE? 

We try to respond to emails as soon as we can.

EVENTS AND MORE

I RECEIVED AN INVITATION REGARDING A QUEST SQUAD MEET UP/EVENT, HOW DO I ATTEND?   

Entrance to meet ups and events are free with RSVP from any Quest Squad member. Quest is not responsible for your travel, lodging, or additional expenses.  

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND ANY OF THE EVENTS?   

Usually the minimum age is 18, but it could be 21, depending on the event.  

I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY LOVE FOR QUEST PRODUCTS AND PASS THEM OUT OR DO A GIVEAWAY, WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SEND PRODUCT?   

We love everyone’s excitement and interest in promoting Quest with our product. As much as we would love to support all endeavors, at this time, we are unable to do so.

SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP?   

Quest reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate a member's membership in the Quest Squad program, including but not limited to, in the event of any suspected misconduct, misuse or abuse of any Quest Squad benefits (including association with the Brand), his/her account and/or profile has been compromised, misrepresentation of the company, not meeting the program's active status criteria, no longer participating in Quest Squad Missions and activities within a 90-365 day period, failure to adhere to any program policies, terms and conditions, and any program changes that would affect membership participation, including but not limited to those outlined in the Influencer Agreement.
